![]() ![]() What lies beyond Mahogany Town remains a terrible mystery.Īlthough it comes with a tonne of excellent Eggs for the challenge (with 492 Eggs spread across 17 boxes), using Nappy's save for our Egglocke comes with a somewhat annoying username. Prepared for the worst and armed with box upon box of powerful Eggs (downloaded from TheKingNappy's Youtube channel), the time has come to run the gauntlet once more. After casually suffering a couple of 'deaths' while battling Pryce (including my woefully unfortunate Crawdaunt, who got Perish Trapped by Lapras), healing my team just didn't feel right - these Pokemon had received a warrior's death, which resurrecting them would only trivialise.Īfter mulling over this for a while, I decided to start the Samsaralocke - a challenge mode where all of your Pokemon should be equally awesome (meaning that replacing casualties is slightly less heartbreaking) and where the glorious dead can return after death for the most dangerous challenge of them all. When I first started Sacred Gold, I chose to dive in at the deep end with a regular Nuzlocke Challenge on Set Mode - I made it to my second Rival battle before suffering any casualties (switching from Graveller to Weepinbell against his Croconaw and taking a critical hit from Ice Fang on the switch), but Monty wiped me out after Mean Looking my beloved Crawdaunt and Thunderbolting her to death (which I hadn't levelled up my team enough to recover from).Īlthough I chose to continue the game normally from there (planing to finish exploring a wonderfully-crafted game before starting something new), I soon realised that I really missed the danger of the Nuzlocke Challenge. Today, we set out on our momentous journey through Pokemon Sacred Gold - a beautiful, elegantly-sculpted deathtrap that will devour your Pokemon alive and spit out their mangled bones unless you treat it with the utmost respect. A fearsome Angelic warrior, she apparently harbored unrequited romantic feelings towards her leader, Abaddon.Hey guys, and welcome back to Locke You Like a Hurricane! ![]() Despite the passing of a century, Uriel and her forces searched the battlefield endlessly for War, in order to claim vengeance and see justice for the White City. Even though Heaven's forces were weakened during the Endwar, her forces remain strong, and have continued to wage war against Hell's legions, despite being cut off from the White City.Īt some point in her youth, Uriel was trained by an angel named Ghauniel and was said to be his finest student. The Horseman War was sent to the White City to destroy a secret weapon developed by Abaddon that killed only demons, a Sacrament Bomb. War slaughtered all in his path until he arrived at the weapon's chamber, where a young still in training Uriel was stationed, under her instructor's assumption that it would be the safest post. War, noting that she was the youngest and most inexperienced angel he had ever seen, was amused by her determination. When she lunged towards him, he twisted his blade at the last moment and hit her with the flat of it, incapacitating her. ![]() He told the angel to challenge him again at a later date. She later appeared amongst Abaddon's guards when they confronted Death and War, who had just fought an angelic assassin in the White City. Uriel went on to become Abaddon's top lieutenant and possibly something more intimate. When his proposal to strike at Hell was rejected by the other angels, she clasped his hand and assured him that there would always be at least one on his side. However, Abaddon soon asked Uriel to leave so that he could speak to Azrael and Ulthane alone. Uriel fought beside Abaddon during the apocalypse, saving him from several demon attackers while he was distracted. She also bore witness to his apparent death at the hand of the demonic general Straga, a death she came to blame on the Horseman War. She came to lead the Hellguard in Abaddon's place and waged a losing campaign against the forces of Hell for a century. ![]()
